Your Library Protection Deposit helps keep Borrowed safe and accountable. It is refundable if you leave the platform in good standing, but may be forfeited after a dispute review if a borrowed book is lost, stolen, or not returned.
You can still list books, browse, and build a profile before paying it.
A deposit is never forfeited automatically. A dispute must be reviewed first.
Members leaving without open safety issues may be eligible for a refund.
